Overview
Black SWB spiral cable wrap (commonly called “dây xoắn ruột gà” in Vietnam) is a practical cable management accessory that helps bundle, route, and protect cables in electrical control panels, M&E systems, and industrial machinery. Instead of loose cables that are difficult to trace and more likely to rub against edges inside a cabinet, spiral wrap gathers cables into a tidy bundle—improving both the appearance of the panel and the speed of maintenance work.
The biggest advantage of spiral wrap is flexibility. You can insert or remove cables anywhere along the run without dismantling the entire bundle. This is especially useful during commissioning, upgrades (adding sensors or signal lines), and troubleshooting in tight spaces where time matters.
This product version is supplied in black, which is often preferred in factory and construction environments because it hides dirt and looks uniform across installations. Material is PVC and standard packing is 5m/roll. Sizes follow the SWB series: SWB-06 / 08 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 19 (equivalent to d = 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 19mm). Real-world applications
In industrial control panels, SWB spiral wrap is commonly used behind the door where wiring density is high—around breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and PLC I/O wiring.
