Overview
Black SWB spiral cable wrap (also known in Vietnam as “dây xoắn ruột gà”) is a practical cable management accessory for bundling and organizing wires in electrical control panels, M&E systems, and industrial machinery. Instead of loose cables that are difficult to trace and can rub against sharp edges inside a cabinet, SWB spiral wrap gathers cables into a tidy bundle—improving both the visual finish and the ease of maintenance.
The main advantage of spiral wrap is flexibility. You can insert or remove cables at any point along the run without dismantling the entire bundle. This is extremely useful during commissioning, upgrades (adding sensors or control lines), or troubleshooting in tight spaces where time and clarity matter.
This product version is supplied in black, which is often preferred for factory and construction environments because it hides dirt better and looks uniform across installations. Material is PVC. Standard packing is 5m/roll. Sizes follow the SWB series: SWB-06 / SWB-08 / SWB-10 / SWB-12 / SWB-15 / SWB-19, corresponding to d = 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 19mm. Real-world applications
In industrial control panels, SWB spiral wrap is commonly used behind the panel door—where wiring density is high—around breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, and PLC I/O wiring. It helps keep cable groups organized (power / control / signal), making wire tracing faster during commissioning and reducing mistakes during maintenance.
In M&E installation, spiral wrap is helpful where rigid conduits are difficult to run or where cable routing needs to remain adjustable after installation.
